Every week (during the interactive webinar), you will get matched with an accountability buddy. You will be leaving the webinar with an action to implement in your day-to-day life. Your accountability buddy will help you to stay consistent throughout the week and will give you the support you have agreed on.

Jana works with clients who feel stuck, and helps them to build better habits, achieve happier and healthier versions of themselves, transform their goals into action, and improve their relationship with food and their bodies.
Her unique approach combines the psychology of change with practical strategies in the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
Jana is 40 years old, born in the Czech Republic, and currently based in Dubai. Jana is married, mom of a beautiful daughter and shares an apartment with two very needy cats (you will for sure meet them during weekly webinars).
