Jana is a licensed and certified Nutrition Coach, Master Health Coach and Life Coach with a degree in psychology.
With a background in psychology and extensive training in nutrition, health and life coaching, Jana has helped countless individuals transform their lives and achieve their goals.
Jana works with clients who feel stuck, and helps them to build better habits, achieve happier and healthier versions of themselves, transform their goals into action, and improve their relationship with food and their bodies.
Her unique approach combines the psychology of change with practical strategies in the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
Jana is 39 years old, born in the Czech Republic, and currently based in Dubai. Jana is married and shares an apartment with two very needy cats (you will for sure meet them during weekly webinars).
